Lucy a Mental Health Nurse and mum to Ellie, brings over a decade of experience in NHS healthcare and private practice, Lucy was inspired by her own journey through baby loss and created Ellie’s Gift to help others, she is deeply passionate about supporting others through the Ellie's gift project and the work she does to ensure families receive timely compassionate support.

Paul joined our team as non executive director and brings a wealth of experience having a background in Cybersecurity and IT Sales as an Account Manager. Paul brings independent oversight, specialist expertise and thoughtful guidance as we continue to grow. He helps to strengthen our strategy ensuring Ellie’s Gift remains safe, sustainable, and grounded.

Sian joined us as our social media manager and has quickly become a valued member of the team. Having sadly experienced loss herself, she is uniquely placed to help us share our message with empathy and understanding. She works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our services reach as many people as possible.

Stacy joined our team as our very first Hospital Liaison Coordinator and works tirelessly to share her expertise, combining lived experience with a deep motivation to bring Ellie’s Gift to the world. She works across the North West of England to ensure our app and services are visible and embedded within NHS Trusts, consistently going above and beyond in her role.
