Lucy & Rick Livesey - Founders
Lucy and Rick, parents to their daughter Ellie, bring over two decades of experience in NHS healthcare and private practice, Lucy as a mental health nurse and Rick as a physiotherapist. Inspired by their own journey through baby loss, they are deeply passionate about supporting others through Ellie's gift project and the work they do around the project.

Jessica Kenny - Non Executive Director
NHS associate director - Jess has joined our team as a non -executive director and has been working with the Ellie’s Gift Project for nearly two years, using her professional background in the NHS and her lived experience of loss to help us grow and develop our services.

Paul Bradbury - Non Executive Director
Paul joined our team as non executive director and brings a wealth of experience having a background in Cybersecurity and IT Sales as an Account Manager. Paul brings independent oversight, specialist expertise and thoughtful guidance as we continue to grow. He helps to strengthen our strategy ensuring Ellie’s Gift remains safe, sustainable, and grounded.

Ian Benbow - Advisor
Ian brings his wealth of experience and is supporting Ellie’s Gift in an advisory capacity. Ian has a strong entrepreneurial background and is a huge advocate for mental health and good wellbeing. Ian’s background revolves around leading strategic planning and management within the public and not for profit sectors.

Nick Craze - Advisor
Nick has joined our team as an advisor and is a client adviser at rothschild & co. Nick has spent a decade in the industry in various roles advising private clients, families and trusts both in the UK and overseas, helping them to build and preserve their wealth. Prior to joining he was an Investment director at brooks macdonald, having started his career offshore in corporate finance and investment management. Over his time in finance, Nick has led and supported a number of charitable outreach programmes.

Sian -Louise Gardener - Social Media Manager
Sian joined us as our social media manager and has quickly become a valued member of the team. Having sadly experienced loss herself, she is uniquely placed to help us share our message with empathy and understanding. She works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our services reach as many people as possible.

Stacy Coltman - Hospital Liaison Co-ordinator
Stacy joined our team as our very first Hospital Liaison Coordinator and works tirelessly to share her expertise, combining lived experience with a deep motivation to bring Ellie’s Gift to the world. She works across the North West of England to ensure our app and services are visible and embedded within NHS Trusts, consistently going above and beyond in her role.
