Footprints Baby Loss is a bereavement charity that provides vital support to parents and families who experience the death of one or more of their twins or triplets before, during or after birth. We are a UK based charity but we support people from all over the world.
Losing a baby from a twin or triplet pregnancy brings its own unique heartbreak and challenges. Footprints Baby Loss offers specialist support that understands the complexities, emotions and needs that come with multiple loss. As well as supporting families who lose all of their babies, we’re here to support families through the mixed feelings of grief and care when one or more babies survive

Our support is provided by those who have had first hand experience of twin or triplet loss. We understand the value of having a safe space to be able to communicate with someone who has been through something similar, and provide a kind, caring and inclusive approach with our bereavement services.
We provide bereavement support in the form of befriending, online support groups and a private online community group as well as twin and triplet loss specific information and resources. You can find out more details on our website.
Support Services
Bereavement Support: Footprints Baby Loss provides specialist emotional support for families affected by the loss of one or more babies from a multiple pregnancy.
Befriending Service: The charity offers peer-to-peer befriending from trained volunteers with lived experience of baby loss.
Online Support Groups: Families can access dedicated online support groups to connect with others experiencing similar grief and challenges.
Online Community: Footprints hosts a private online community where bereaved parents can share experiences, seek support, and reduce feelings of isolation.
Support for Surviving Twins and Triplets: The organisation provides tailored support for families grieving a baby while caring for surviving twins or triplets.
